Teenager for short can be teen

We become one when turned thirteen

The word teenager can describe the age

A part of life, like in a book, a page

Teen era is when you feel life owns

And start to grow with spirits in your bones

You grow and grow and grow crazy fast

And forever these life changes will last

When you are a teen, you can do a lot of stuff

But then you will realise that life can be a little tough

A lot of responsibilities that come in your way

Can I be younger? Then you will say

Growing up can be a part of your childhood dreams

But it may not be easy as it seems

More studies, more work and more house chores to do

Being alone most of the time, yes, that maybe true

You maybe young, just think about it

But someday, you'll have to grow up, admit it

You are going to get older don't you see

So work hard for now and later be free
